JKFA hails J&K Bank management for regularising services of footballers

Srinagar: J&K Football Association has hailed J&K Bank management for regularising services of J&K Bank contractual footballers.

“J&K Football Association expresses sincere thanks to MD & CEO, J&K Bank for regularising the services of Aakif Reshi, Azhar Ali, Faisal Thoker, Furqan zargar, Rohit Kalsotra, Md. Uneeb Wani, Towfeeq Ahmad, Shahid Mushtaq, Waris Amin & Farhan Ganai football players of the J&K Bank who were working on contractual basis from last so many years,” JKFA statement said.

“The Association is grateful to the Chairman Sports Board , J&K Bank as well who has taken the initiative to meet the long pending demand of the above named Footballers who have brought laurels to the Ut & were instrumental in raising the name & fame of J&K Bank Football Team. JKFA congratulates these players for being the regular employees of the J&K Bank Now,” JKFA said.

“JKFA requests the heads of other Govt. Departments like Food & Supplies Department , J&K SRTC & J&K Forest Department etc to kindly regularize the Football Players working in their departments on contractual basis for a pretty long time. It will be a great gesture on their part & this will encourage the Football Players of these Departments,” statement added.
