JKCA appoints former Rajasthan captain as coach

Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) has appointed Pudiyangum Kesavadasan Krishnakumar, a former Rajasthan captain, as coach for the upcoming Buchi Babu 2023 Invitational Tournament.

Krishnakumar played for Rajasthan in domestic cricket for sixteen years, five years as captain.

He is a level three BCC-qualified coach. and has been Rajasthan’s bowling coach and Chattisgarh’s coach in the past.

It is unclear yet whether he has been appointed as head coach for entire season or just for this tournament.

The other support staff for the tournament include: Hilal Ahamd Zargar as manager, Sunny Kumar as trainer, Chirag Pandya as physiotherapist and Sahil Magotra as performance/video analyst.
