J&K Bank FC held to hard-fought 3-3 draw by STFC Natipora

Srinagar: In a thrilling encounter of Srinagar Premier League, J&K Bank FC were held to a hard fought draw by STFC Natipora on Wednesday.

In the match J&K Bank FC had to settle for 3-3 draw despite leading most of the time. An own goal cost Bank FC a deserving win.

Faisal Thakur scored opening goal of the match for Bank FC in 17th minute. In the 45th minute Raja Musharaf equalised for STFC. In the 49th minute Urfan scored own goal for Bank to give STFC 2-1 lead. Adnan equalised for Bank FC in the 69th minute only to see STFC again taking lead in the 74th minute. Talib Sheikh was scorer. In the dying moments of the game, Waris scored equaliser for the Bank FC. The match ended in thrilling 3-3 draw. Waris was awarded player of the match.
