Hattrick Completed: J&K Bank FC lifts Christmas Soccer Football Tournament

Srinagar: Top football side of J&K, the Jammu and Kashmir Bank FC on Thursday completed the hattrick, by lifting Christmas Soccer Football Tournament title third consecutive.

In the final played in Jammu on Thursday, J&K Bank FC over powered Downtown Heroes FC by 1-0 goals thanks to 86th minute strike by Prem Kumar. The margin of victory would have been higher if not for the missed chances by Aakif, Furqan, Uneeb and brilliant saves made by Downtown keeper.

With this win under, coach Shahnaz Iqbal J&K Bank Fc has once again established its dominance in the local J&K football arena.
In the tournament, J&K Bank FC totally dominated.
Coming into the final, they beat J&K Police XI by 2-1 in semifinal with scores from Aakif and Prem. In quaterfinal they had beaten Param FC 4-0. Aakif, Prem and Furqan were the scorers.

Despite being low on bench strength, Bank FC senior players have continued there brilliant play and this winter season one can expect them to add couple of more troohies in there trophy cabinet.
