Srinagar, February 26: Javid Ganai on Saturday won fourth consecutive man of the match (MOM) award as he helped RPCA Bangalore defeat Sangam Cricket Association in a close contest by 9 runs.

Winning the toss, RPCA decided to bat first and scored 182/8 in their alloted 28 overs. Ashu scored 39 runs while as Javid added 34 runs for his team RPCA. Shoheb took 2 wickets for team Sangam.

Chasing the target, Sangam Cricket Association played well but fell short of the target by just 9 runs (173/10 in 27.4 overs). Shoheb and Nikhil scored 36 and 34 runs respectively while as for team RPCA Javid, Praveen and Pradeep took 2 wickets each.

Lastly, Javid was adjudged as player of the match for his all-round performance.
