Srinagar, Sept 30: In the ongoing Green Willow Inter Village Cricket championship Palhallan 2020, Star Palhallan booked place in final after defeating Singhpora Warriors in the low scoring affair on Tuesday.
Earlier Star Palhallan won the toss , decided to bat first. They lost there top three batsman cheaply within first 3 overs which includes Muneer , Zubair & Kifayat .
Ishfaq played some shots but not for long time he aslo got out after scoring 19 runs. Adil contributed with 17 runs while as Ashraf & Muntazir contributed 16 runs each. Star Palhallan got all out for 103 runs in 19 overs. Showkat took 4/27 for Singhpora Warriors while as Shabir got 2 wickets in his kitty .
In reply , Singpora Warriors didn’t started well by loosing first wicket on the score of seven runs. The situation from bad to worse for them as they were reduced to 13/5 inside Powerplay. They got all out fot 57 runs in 14.5 overs.
Muntazir Ah was adjudged Man of the match for his all-round performance.
