Srinagar, Sept 25: In the ongoing Green Willow Inter Village Cricket Championship Palhallan 2020 Ghat Palhallan defeated Knight Hawks Yadipora by seven wickets to book place in the semifinal of the tournament on Friday.
Batting first after winning the toss Knight Hawks were bundled out for 87 runs in 18.5 overs. Ashfaq scored unbeaten 28 runs for the team while as Aamir took 3 wickets for Ghat Palhallan. Omar Dar , Naseer Ah & Imtiyaz took 2 wickets each , Umar War took one.
In reply , Ghat Palhallan didn’t started positively lost 7 wickets for 50 runs. It was skipper Aamir who stood on one end & Umer War from scored 25 off 16 balls thus won the match for his side with 4.1 overs spare . Hashim took 3 wickets for Hawks while as Bilal & Irfan took 2 wickets each .
Umer war was adjudged Man of the match for his match winning 25 runs .
