Cyclist Bilal wins gold in School Games

Srinagar: A Kashmiri cyclist Bilal Ahmad currently based in Sports Authority of India coaching camp bagged gold medal in the U-17 National School Games at Delhi on Monday.

Bilal  Ahmad represented Delhi in the school games as he was part of SAI camp. Bilal was selected in SAI last year and since then has been part of the academy in Delhi. bilal cyclist

“He is talented cyclist who has nurtured his talent at the Academy.He belongs to Kashmir but as he is part of SAI academy in Delhi he had to represent Delhi. He is undergoing training as well as schooling in Delhi. We are sure that in near future he will emerge as top cyclist of the State. He will achieve far greater heights,” said Akber Khan.
