Srinagar, May 17: J&K Football Association (JKFA) elections are going to be held on June 12 as the notification for elections was announced on Tuesday.
The notification was issued by Sports Council appointed Returning officer.
As per notice issued , the elections of the JKFA would be held on June 12 at Sheri Kashmir Indoor Stadium Srinagar. Interested candidates can avail form from Sports Council office up to May 31 and last date for the withdrawal of candidature has been fixed as up to June 6.
The returning officer has also issued the voter list of the JKFA and has fixed date up to May 27 for any objection.
As per notice issued JKFA voter list include 507 clubs, 15 direct members and six departmental teams. The voting would be held on 5×1 ratio basis with five clubs nominating one club for the elections.
