Srinagar: Rubab Ali Punjabi cruised to victory in the girls open category of Budgam Cycling Championship organized by JK Police at Budgam on Tuesday.
Insha Wadoo of Physical education College Ganderbal finished second while as Gowhera Zehra finished third. Bisma Nabi finished fourth while as Mehreen Wani finished fifth.
SSP Budgam Abdul Waheed Shah was chief guest on the occasion and distributed prizes among the winners.
