Bijbehara: Sorting out differences and resolving to work together for the welfare of cricket in Bijbehara and District Anantnag, the two main cricket bodies of Bijbehara, BCA- Bijbehara Cricket Association and BCO- Bijbehara Cricket Organisation held meeting on Tuesday.
“In an important development and formal dialogue between parties of BCA- Bijbehara Cricket Association and BCO- Bijbehara Cricket Organisation, it was unanimously agreed that legacy of cricket in Bijbehara will continue to achieve new heights under the banner of BCA- Bijbehara Cricket Association,” statement said.
Since the goal is common to all that is to excel in the field of cricket and provide international level facilities, coaching, cricketing environment and to promote professional cricket so as to boost the young talent to do wonders at higher level cricket. Therefore, all the misunderstandings have been sorted out positively through a cordial dialogue and resolved that profound endeavour of BCA- Bijbehara Cricket Association will be further strengthened with mutual support and cooperation and any plot against BCA to sabotage Cricket Activities at Bijbehara will be confronted and combated strongly, statement said.
“The cricketing heritage of Bijbehara with notable achievements at national and international level in the form of many cricketing stars of valley is known to all and coordinated and cooperative efforts towards achieving new milestones by developing international level cricketing environment and at the same time be aware about any conspiracy against this great cause is the need of an hour,” statement added.
