Srinagar: Former Cricketer Mohammad Amir and all-rounder Imad Wasim have said that former Pakistan skipper Babar Azam doesnt deserve place in the Pakistan T20 side.
Babar on Wednesday resigned from the captaincy of Pakistan cricket team in all all formats.
During a TV show, Imad Wasim said that it would be a tough call but Babar doesnt deserve place in the T20I squad.
‘It is a tough call but Babar doesn’t deserve a place in T20’ Imad said.
Amir, echoed Imad’s sentiment, stating bluntly, “Babar doesn’t deserve to be in T20.”
Babar has played 104 T20 international matches in which he scored 3485 runs at an average of 41.48.
Imad and Amir have been critical of Babar all along and had expressed their views on multiple occasionsto releive Babar of captaincy.
