The inter-school competitions conducted by Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) zone Amirakadal concluded at Polo Ground here on Saturday, April 21.
The competitions were held in Kho-Kho, Volleyball and Kabaddi disciplines in the age groups of Under-14 and 17.
In the competition that had started on April 8 around 1900 students from 50 schools of Zone Amirakadal participated.
On the concluding function DYSS District officer Srinagar Sunil Sambhyal was the guest.
In the events, Mallinson School bagged four winning trophies while as Tyndale Biscoe bagged one runner-up trophy. BHSS Jawaharnagar bagged two winning trophies while as FEI Nowgam bagged four winner trophies and a runner up trophy.
