Srinagar: Veteran cricketer Abid Nabi starred with both bat and ball to help Mr Kashmir XI lift the Gani Memorial T20 Night tournament title at Gani Memorial Stadium Rajouri Kadal here on Tuesday evening.
In the final Mr Kashmir XI clashed with Makhdoomi-XI. Batting first Mr Kashmir XI scored 191 runs for the loss if six wickets. Abid Nabi top scored with 68 runs while as Adil Reshi scored 27.
Sameer Bell took three wickets for Makhdoomi-XI while as Gowhar Leggy took three.
In reply Makhdoomi-XI fell short off a target by 55 runs. Abid Nabi was awarded man of the match. The star all rounder also bagged man of the series award and best bowler award. Winning side received 50000 cash prize while as runner up bagged 25000.
