“They are becoming the Chokers of this year’s IPL”

Srinagar: Former India batter Navjot Sidhu has termed Sunrisers Hyderabad as chokers of IPL 2024 after franchise failed another run chase.

Chennai Super beat Sunrisers Hyderabad, by 78 runs in the IPL 2024 match as the high flying Hyderabad side again failed to chase.

Former India player Navjot Singh Sidhu called Hyderbad the Chokers of IPL 2024.

“They are becoming the Chokers of this year’s IPL. Hyderabad cannot handle the pressure, and look what happened with them in the last two games. Once their top-order was dismissed, they couldn’t time their chase.

“The problem with them is that they don’t have batters who can win matches apart from Travis Head, Abhishek Sharma and Heinrich Klaasen. They are the heartbeat of the franchise, and once they return to the dugout, Hyderabad has no chance of winning the match,” Navjot Singh Sidhu said.
