Srinagar: Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf has suffered a injury scare after taking catch during Lahore Qalandars vs Karachi Kings match durinh ongoing PSL 2024.
After the match, Haris Rauf underwent a shoulder scan agd is being assessed.
“He fell awkwardly on his shoulder in the 20th over while completing a catch, prompting immediate medical attention,” statement said.
“The Lahore Qalandars medical team is closely monitoring Haris Rauf’s condition, and he is undergoing further assessments. Additional updates will be provided as soon as they become available.”
Earlier Haris came from the long-off and hurt himself while tumbling to the ground. Initially, it looked like the catch was not taken but the third umpire adjudged as out.
He had an elastic bandage around the shoulder of his right hand and was taken out of the field.
