Srinagar: Amid the hot speculation that Hardik Pandya is set to leave Gujarat Titans and rejoin Mumbai Indians , former India all-rounder Irfan Pathan has taken a dig at Pandya.
It is being sepeculated which is likely to be confirmed on Sunday, that Hardik Pandya is going back to his former team, Mumbai Indians and leaving Gujarat Titans for the upcoming season of IPL 2024.
Irfan Pathan has not liked the news and has taken vieled dig at Pandya.
MI will pay INR 15 crore to get their former player back into the squad. Titans signed him in 2022 when Mumbai released the all-rounder and went on to win a title with the former in the first season in 2022. He also led them to the finale in the next season but lost the game to Chennai Super Kings.
Pathan took to X and Tweeted, “Use and throw has been the real characteristic since the start….”.
The fans quickly speculated the reason and connected his frustration to Hardik’s departure. Pathan is from Gujarat and was happy with their performances.
