Srinagar: Pencak Silat Association of J&K is going to conduct the Open Selection trials for both Men & Women from the age of 17 years to 45 years on July 16, prior to the participation of J&K UT teams in the 11th edition of Senior National Pencak Silat Championship 2023-24 ( Men & Women ), which is scheduled to be held at Nashik Maharashtra from 12-15 August 2023.
The open selection trials would be held at Indoor Hall Polo Ground.
A Player should carry a valid ID proof & recommendations from his/her district head along with a Parent declaration and a medical and health & insurance certificate and other related documents like 2 no’s of passport size photographs after receiving all the documents, the player is eligible for the selection trials. It is advised to all the affiliated District Pencak Silat Associations to confirm their entries for the above mentioned trails in both the genders in the Senior events.
NO boarding, Lodging or any Transportation will be provided during the trials. Selected athletes will face the screening team of J&K Sports Council on 17th July 2023 and will be followed by the 21 days Coaching camp for the selected athletes at Srinagar accordingly.
All the interested athletes are requested to kindly follow the procedure as per the rules and regulation laid down in this notice.
The last deadline for the submission of the names through the district association by or before 12th July 2023 .
