Srinagar: Unlike two private clubs of Kashmir who have been struggling, JK Bank Academy continued its impressive performance in the Under-16, I-League event by thrashing Kashmir FC by 4-0 in a match played on Wednesday at New Delhi.
The match started with JK Bank scoring two back to back goals in opening two minutes of the game. Pankaj Sharma scored goals in first and second minutes. In the fourth minute, Rajan Singh made it 3-0 for Bank. As it was not enough Shakir Ahmad scored fourth goal for the Bank in 13th minute. The initial attack left Kashmir FC motionless as bank went on to score four back to back goals. However, it was early moments of the game in which bank side dominated and went on to score goals. In the remainder of the match balance kept changing from one side to another. At most of the time it was Kashmir FC who dominating things but couldn’t find the net as bank went into shell.
