Delina Baramulla, April 16: In the third Quarter-final match of the ongoing Ramzan Cup T10 Delina, Blue Star Delina registered a thumping win over Young Stars Delina by 12 runs.
Batting first, Blue Star posted a competitive total of 92/9 on board in alloted 10 overs. Yaseen Manzoor was the top scorer with 33 runs while as Asif and Ishfaq added 16 runs each. Firdous took 3 and Asim took 2 wickets for Young Stars.
In response, the match turned out to be a thriller and eventually Young Stars fell short of the target by just 12 runs(80/5 in 10 overs). Mir Irshad was the top scorer with 24 runs. Shabir took 2 wickets for Blue Star.
Yaseen Manzoor was declared as player of the match for his brilliant batting perfomance.
Blue Star Delina will now face Lions Cricket Club Delina in the Semi-finals of the tournament.
