Panjipora Sopore, March 29: In the ongoing Super 24 Knockout Cricket Tournament Panjipora, today Shaheen Cricket Club Hygam registered a big win over Khoie Riders by 6 wickets.
Batting first, Riders only managed to score a mere total of 107/10 in 19.5 overs. Skipper Riyaz was the top scorer with 35 runs. Akeel Rather was the wrecker-in-cheif for Hygam as he claimed 6 wickets in his bowling spell.
In response, SCC Hygam chased down the target comfortably in 11.2 overs loosing only 4 wickets (112/4 in 11.2 overs). Kaka played a blistering knock of unbeaten 35 runs of 12 balls while as Tahir added unbeaten 27 runs to his name. Bablu, Ramiz and Umer scalped 1 wicket each for Khoie Riders.
Akeel Rather was declared as player of the match for his brilliant bowling spell.
