Srinagar, January 14: Young cyclist Mohmiss finished first while as Akbar Khan finished third in the first stage of the Cycling event in Arunachal Pradesh on Thursday.
In the Pangsau Pass Cycling Challenge being held in Arunachal Pradesh , Mohmiss who is young cyclist from Kashmir finished first whole as senior cyclist Akbar Khan finished third in first stage .
The event is of four stages .
