Srinagar December 21: For his superb performance throughout the tournament 18-year old Akash Malik was on Sunday awarded player of the tournament in Sopore.
Akash Malik while playing for Sopore Institute of Cricket in Sopore Police Festival shined with both bat and ball for his team.
In the seven matches played he scored 130 runs and went on to claim 16 wickets.
In final played on Sunday Sopore Institute were defeated by Seer Sports by 43 runs.
In the tournament 105 teams had participated.
