Srinagar, October 18: An U-16 Srinagar cricketer, Zayd Faisal, Sunday scored 95 runs in a mix age-group match at JKCA Ground ‘B’, here.
The youngster smashed as many as 12 fours and a couple of sixes, helping Team ‘A’ post 210 runs on board in the given 35 overs.
In reply, Team ‘B’ chased down the total om 34th over, thanks to a good innings of over 70 runs by Gulzar.
Zayd, who comes from Sanat Nagar Srinagar, earned praise from one and all for showing his class with the bat.
