Srinagar, October 17: In the on going Noor Din Memorial Cup Palhallan, Spartan Strikers Palhallan defeated HK Reds Bandipora by seven wickets on Saturday, October 17.
Batting first HK Reds Bandipora were able to score only 89 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in allotted overs.
Sameer with 15 runs and Junaid with 14 runs were highest scorers for them. Azim took 4 wickets while Showket took 3 wickets for Spartan Strikers. Nisar & Rameez took 1 wicket each.
In reply Spartan Strikers chased the said target of 90 runs in 18.3 overs for the loss of 3 wickets. For them Nisar scored 29 runs, while Rayees added 25 runs and Danish chipped in with 12 runs.
Azim was awarded man of the match for his magical Spell.
