Srinagar, Sept 27: District Wushu Association Srinagar on Saturday felicitated India Wushu martial art coach Kuldeep Handoo for recieving Dronacharya Award ( Highest Award For Coaching in India) .
Handoo was conferred with Dronacharya Award this year and the award was given away to him by President of India Ram Nath Kovind on 29th August 2020 in Patiala
The felicitation function was organized by District Wushu Association, in acknowledgment of his achievements in the field of sports and his services to promote sports in the valley, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic, Association statement said.
Besides an award from the Association, Kuldeep Handoo was presented gifts from the students and their parents.
