Anatnag, May 16: Another match winning performance by Nasir Lone on Thursday steered Bijbehara Royals to a 19-run win over Anantnag Titans in the ongoing Anatnag Cricket Premier League.
Batting first, the Royals scored a comprehensive total of 189 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Nasir lone fired a solid 78 runs while Sartaj also chipped in with 30 runs cameo.
In reply, Titans, however, started well but lastly, fell short of 19 runs, scoring 160 runs for all. Imran Bazaz with 55 runs was the higesht run-getter for them.
Nasir Lone was later named man of the match, which was his third in the tournament in the five matches.
The Bandipora-born all-rounder has been in an unbelievable form, having already scoring a ton and three half-centuries thus far.
