Jammu and Kashmir U-23 men’s team on Thursday defeated Team Rajasthan by 28 runs K L Saini Stadium, Jaipur to register their third win of the tournament.

A formidable batting performance led by a superb knock by wicket-keeper batsman Samad Bhat and cameos by Jiyad Magrey, Yudhamanyu Singh and Musaif Aijaz helped visitors post a good total of 285 runs in the allotted 50 overs.

Samad scored 49-ball 54 runs while Jiyad, Yudhamanyu and Musaif made 40, 42 and 45 runs respectively. For Rajasthan, VO Jhorar scalped a three-wicket haul.
