Abu Dhabi: The inaugural UAE Tour, the only UCI WorldTour race in the Middle East, is ready to get underway following its spectacular opening ceremony at the Louvre Abu Dhabi.
A series of videos introduced the route of the seven-day UAE Tour, before each of the 20 teams were presented on stage to several invited guests, UAE dignitaries and the world’s media.
Former World and Olympic Gold Medallist, and Triple Jump World Record holder, Jonathan Edwards hosted the event, broadcast live in the UAE.
