J&K U-23 side were rattled on meager 161 runs in the first innings against Kerala on Tuesday at Jammu in the ongoing Col CK Nayudu Trophy.

Tourists after winning the toss decided to bowl first and the decision turned well for them. Hosts kept losing wickets at regular intervals and finally managed to score 161 runs in the 48 overs.

A couple of batsmen got off to good starts but failed to convert them. Paras Sharma remained the top scorer with 42 runs while Muneeb Munaf made 34 runs.
