Left arm spinner Javed Ahmad Ganie (Jaddu) took five wicket haul while as pacer Mujtaba Yusuf took four wickets as J&K bundled out Tripura for 148 runs in first inning in the match of Under-19 Cooch Behar trophy match at Jammu on Tuesday.
Chasing a first inning total of 232 runs scored by J&K, Tripura were bundled out for 148 runs. After Mujtaba rattled the top order of the visitors, it was turn of Jaddu to run through the Tripura middle and lower order. He claimed five wicket haul in his 17.2 overs giving away only 23 runs in the process. His spell included four maidens. Mujtaba claimed four in his 14 overs while as Govind Sharma chipped in with one wicket. For Tripura Riaz top scored with 45.
In reply J&K were 88 for one when this report was being filed. They lead by 172.
