In the ongoing Bijbehara 50-over cricket tournament, Dupatyar CC defeated Showkat Memorial Bijbehara by 170 runs at Boys Higher Secondary School ground, Bijbehara on Thursday.
Batting first Duptyar CC scored 262for the loss of five wickets in the allotted overs. Reyaz Wagay with132runs was highest the scorer for them while as Reyaz Ah made 52 run’s. Imtiyaz & Bashir Afridi took 1 Wkt each.
In reply, Showkat memorial Bijbehara got all out for 92 runs in 20 overs.Rizwan with 24 was the highest scorer for them while as Tanveer Malik scored 16 runs. Zubair & Ishtiyaq took four wickets each for Dupatyar CC.
Reyaz Wagay was adjudged as man of the match for his brilliant 132 run’s. The man of the match was presented by Chairman of Showkat memorial bijbehara Mr Mohamad Shafi Zargar .
The tournament is being organized by Bijbehara Cricket Association.
