Srinagar, Sep 16: A final of the Hirri Premier League was played between Lords Gushi and Eleven Brothers Trehgam on Sunday.
After winning the toss Lords Gushi decided to bat first and scored 156 runs with Naseer Ahmed’s 52 runs in 18 overs alloted to them.
While chasing the total Eleven Brothers also played well especially shiekh Junaid who made 60 runs but can’t win the game and lost match by 20 runs.
Many dignitaries were present during match especially Afzal Mukhtar Lecturer Economics Boys higher secondary School Kupwara,Deupty Commissioner Kupwara Khalid Jahangir,SSP Kupwara and ex Law minister Mir Saif Ulla.
The winner team was awarded with cash 20000 and a trophy.
The man of the match award was given to Naseer Ahmed and man of series award was given to Shiekh Javid.
