The two kashmiri girls Mir Mannat and laika Mishtaq have bagged gold medals on the first day of the National Sub Junior and Junior Kickboxing Championship 2018 held at International stadium Talkatora New Delhi.
The two Sub junior girls, Mir Mannat and Laika Mushtaq, both hailing from Bandipora district, won gold medals for the State . Mir Mannat defeated Punjab, Maharashtra, Telangana and finally defeating West Bengal to win gold.
Laika Mushtaq defeated Maharashtra, Punjab, Delhi and eventually won gold medal by defeating Haryana.
It is a big achievement for us and we hope for better in coming fights too.!
The event will continue till 31st of this month. The total participation from J&K is 50, 10 girls and 40 boys. 13 students are from Bandipora district only.
