In the first practice game here at SK Stadium, Srinagar, J&K defeated visitor’s Uttar Pradesh by 4 wickets here on Saturday.
Batting first, Uttar Pradesh managed to scored 232 runs in the alloted 50 overs.
Amir Aziz was pick of the bowler for JK as he scalped a 3-fer.
In reply, J&K chased down the total in 46th over with 4 wickets in hand.
Though all the batsmen contributed but it was young Shubham Pundir who remained the highest scorer with 67 runs for J&K.
The practice games are organized by JKCA in order to prepare team ahead of Vijay Hazare Trophy.
