In the ongoing JKPL Nanil Anantnag conducted by JKCA Showkat Memorial Bijbehara defeated Karshangam Cricket Club in Anantnag on July 31.
Batting first Showkat Memorial Bijbehara scored 217 runs in 40 overs. Abid with 48, Wajahat with 32 and Owais with 32 were highest scorers. Gowhar and Junaid took 2 wickets each for Karshangam CC.
In reply Karshangam CC got all out for 166 runs in 34 overs. Gowhar with 56 and Salim with 36 were highest scorers for them. Wajahat Ganai took 4-wickets Showkat Memorial Bijbehara. Wajahat Ganai for his all-round performance was adjudged as man of the match.
