AK Legals Baramulla organized and sponsored a T20 veterans cricket match between veteran cricketers of Sopore and Baramulla at Subhana Stadium Sopore on Sunday.
The veterans of Baramulla won the toss and choose to bat first. Baramulla veterans scored 122 runs in allotted 20 overs for loss of eight wickets. In reply Sopore veterans chased the total in 16 overs for the loss of six wickets. Mushtaq Ahmad from Sopore side scored 69 runs and was declared man of the match.
Number of cricket veterans of district Baramulla who participated in the match include Nisar Ahmad Khanday, Jass Malik, Bashir Ahmad Bhat, Mushtaq Ahmad, Noor Mohammed and Pukhta.
