Srinagar: The proposed Junior Cricket League tournament in Bijbehara has received overwhelming response from the teams and players from all over Kashmir.
The one day format league is going to feature 16 teams and for participation tue Bijbehara Cricket Association had invited applications from teams and players
“We are thrilled to announce that the response to the Junior Cricket Tournament has been nothing short of overwhelming. With an astounding number of more than 600 teams i.e. 9600+ players across the valley registering to participate, the enthusiasm and dedication of young cricketers have truly been inspiring. We promise to bring more & more opportunities for juniors in future,” BCA statement said.
“After careful evaluation and consideration, we have decided to give representation to all districts of the valley.
This selection process has been challenging due to the huge number of participation & high level of talent on display, but we are confident that the chosen teams will make the tournament an unforgettable sporting spectacle,” it said.
“We look forward to see these 16 best teams in action, and we thank all the participating teams for their passion and commitment to the game”.
